We offer a personalised hand carry service, where all transports are carried out by experienced personnel and confidentiality and wellness of samples are maintained at all time
We assist with preparation of documents for customs, and other government agencies as necessary.
We assign a dedicated courier who will collect the container from the clinic, take it directly to the airport, navigate customs and security avoiding damaging x-ray, and hand carry as cabin baggage. Clear customs and all other government agencies on arrival in the destination country and deliver directly to destination clinic.
Shipping personnel at CRYO A2B are trained, certified and IATA (International Aviation Transportation Association) compliant for the safe transport of Dangerous Goods, Biological Specimens and Division 6.2 Infectious Substances.
CRYO A2B only uses liquid nitrogen vapour shippers from world leading cryogenic equipment manufacturers. These robust units maintain a cryogenic temperature below -150°C for up to 15 days. This provides a safety margin in the event of unexpected delays in transit.
All cryogenic shipping equipments are validated for performance against manufacturer’s specifications prior to use and on a routine basis.
Each vapour shipper is cryogenically charged prior to shipment.
Seals and tags are used to secure all shipments from unwanted tampering.
We maintain regular contact with both sending and receiving parties.
